KRS Fire was initially established in August 2012 by one of the most successful and knowledgeable special risk fire protection experts in South Africa, Mr. Reg Smith, who together with his partners at the time started and built one the most successful fire protection companies of its time, before selling it in mid-2009.

Today, along with new shareholders, Reg has assembled a hand-picked team of young, but some of the most highly motivated and experienced achievers in the industry and KRS Fire has an experience pool of over 200 years. READ MORE

KRS Fire Certifications

KRS Fire is listed with the Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau (ASIB) as both a recognised National Supervising Special Risks Installer and Sprinkler Installer and we are a member of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). We are therefore able to design and install systems that are compliant with the latest ASIB, SANS, NFPA and FM requirements. Fire and smoke detection and gas suppression systems are a key component to our installations and will be designed and installed to the relevant SANS or NFPA codes of practise.
